The moment your claim is approved, we're already shortlisting. Most families are in a new apartment within a working day of first contact.

Hour 0

You call us

Tell us the basics: postcode, household, how long (approximate), any access needs. You speak to the same rehousing team that handles the placement — not an overflow call-centre.

Hour 1–4

We shortlist nearby apartments

Available units in the same district — or as close as possible. Online apartment descriptions and honest commentary on each one sent to you (and your claim handler, if you want).

Hour 4–12

Contract with your insurer

Direct billing to the insurer, claim number referenced, standard rehousing addendum. You sign nothing you shouldn't have to.

Hour 12–24

Get your keys and move into your new home

Our team meets you on site. Welcome pack, Wi-Fi details, washing machine instructions, a local guide.

Throughout

Clean handover when you're ready

Extend, shorten, switch apartments if repairs overrun. Final inventory and handover documentation sent to the insurer at the end. That's it.
